Knowledge sharing
Knowledge sharing empowers - it increases opportunities and health, and helps intelligent choices to be made.
Knowledge sharing is enabled by:
- Open licenses
- Effective communication. This involves communication skills (developed through some combination of education, practice and commitment), communication tools, and bottom-up development. Empowerment also enables better communication, creating a feedback loop, or virtuous cycle.
