The work schedule of Argan production can be hectic, and it is natural for conflicts to occur among women, causing tensions and diminishing both self esteem and production.

Conflicts may occur within women's co-operatives working in Argan production, so facilitation and resolution can be done by coaching women to see each others’ perspective.

Argan co-operatives are preparing communication workshops for women, and coaching them to be open to seeing the other person's point of view as an effective means for the resolution of conflict.
