- Amanda Hutchins
- I am a student at Humboldt State University. My major is Environmental Science, with an emphasis in Energy and Climate Change. I moved around a lot as a child, teen and young adult and now my journey has brought me to the wonderful Northcoast where I am privileged enough to experience the wonderful Redwoods. The energy and surrounding have manifested a love for the environment in me and allowed me to appreciate how wonderful it is to be a human.

- I have now completed an Cob oven that went terrible (http://www.appropedia.org/Bayside_Park_Farm_earthen_oven), I'm currently in a Green Building class at CCAT, I am making and analyzing tiles made from Recycled plastic #2 for my senior capstone project and I am hoping to go to Dominican Republic during the summer to participate in the Practivistas Program.
