I am wanting to move the article away from (or expand it beyond) "work with an Alexander Technique teacher" to "here's a discovery, as available to everyone as the discovery of microbes or gravity, that can be used if people only know about it".  I'd love any help and feedback you care to give.  If you are even willing to try out the experiment, that would great.  Like the "best available evidence," my article still seems not very good, and I've rewritten it at least a dozen times already.  It's much trickier than I can effectively do alone, and I could use more input and especially resource-testing.
I've uploaded a community-study tool for Alexander's discovery, and woudl love feedback.

This should be seen as an open-source technology!  it _is_ open and accessible to everyone with a body and a mind--even people who can't read can still make use of this resource! yet it has remained hdden in plain view, and even people who've had Alexander Technique lessons may not grasp that this is a resource available to anyone.  Thanks for any suggestions or feedback, and hope you continue to feel better .
