Bio[edit | edit source]
Graduate Mechanical Engineering student specializing in Thermal, Energy and Sustainable energy at Michigan Technological University (MTU). I have worked on Fuel cell project and I am currently working on fuel cell as well as Solar Photovoltaic (PV) project.
Projects[edit | edit source]
1. Wood CHP + PV + Small battery________________________________________________________________________________________________________(January 2019 - present)
(more information will be added as soon as the project will be done)
2. Performed fuel cell diagnostics by using __________________________________________________________________________________________________(September 2019 - present)
- I-V measurement
- HFR measurement
- By using pure oxygen at the cathode
- Linear Sweep Voltammetry and Cyclic Voltammetry
3. Fabrication and system integration of fuel cell with SI engine__________________________________________________________________________________(June 2018 - June 2019)
- Designed and tested Wet Fuel Cell prototype and integrated it with an SI Engine of motorbike (100cc)
- Designed a fuel cell with anode and cathode made up of Stainless steel 316L and KOH as electrolyte
- The fuel cell was integrated with the bike system and hydrogen produced was mixed with intake air of the engine
- Fuel consumption and RPM readings were taken before and after the integration of fuel cell with the engine
- Testing of the engine was done by riding a bike at standard riding parameters
- Improvement in engine power was observed when the new system was added to the bike
