ACADEMIC BACKGROUND[edit | edit source]
Currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering (EECE) at Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) affiliated to Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), Rahnuma passed her Bachelor of Science degree from Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering from the same institute on 12 Januray, 2012. She has passed her B.Sc. with the Commandant's List of Honor Certificate with a CGPA of 3.98 on the scale of 4.00. She has achieved the prestigious Osmany Memorial Gold Medal-2011 for being first among all the engineering programs. She also received the MIST Medal-2011 for being the topper of her class. She also received BUP Chancellor Award-2010 for her outstanding academic performance. Her undergraduate thesis topic was "STUDY OF MESFET CHARACTERISTICS AND ITS MODELING" under the supervision of Group Captain Dr. Mohammed Hossam-E-Haider. Her research interest is in Nanoelectronics, Nanotechnology, Electronic Materials, IC Design, Micro/Nanofabrication Processes, Device Physics, Thin Film Deposition, Nanostructure Synthesis, Microelectronics, Optoelectronics, Photonics, and Renewable Energy.
