Academic Background[edit | edit source]
Currently an undergraduate student at McMaster University, majoring in Bachelor of automotive technology and vehicle Engineering. Collaborated with professor Zhenhua Jin from Tsinghua University and PhD students in automotive engineering to lead the drawing, design, material procurement, manufacturing, assembly and post-testing of the 150 kW Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Test Station; currently employed at Honda Canada Manufacturing, holding the position of Student Associate, with my primary assignment being in the Paint Department. My chief responsibilities encompass writing programs for robotic arms and conveyor. I'm primarily in charge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming based on ladder logic as well as troubleshooting. Furthermore, I am responsible for Coating (Eco coat, base coats and Clear coat) defect detection in the BIW.
I have also successfully completed my capstone project on an automatic balance bicycle. Involved programming based on servo motors, writing remote sensing programs for PCBA, implementing three-axis gyroscope sensor technology, as well as hardware modeling and 3D printing technologies.
