Ooi Chong Seong is the President and founder of Legenda Training Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with more than a ten years of encounter in the area of greater education, is recognised as a pioneer of non-public tertiary education in Malaysia. Before the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held various senior management positions, each in private and community firms and is recognised as being a distinguished member of the business community.
He holds an Sophisticated Diploma in Business from the Association of Business Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Promoting (“CIM”), Uk. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution towards the state and his pioneering function inside the field of greater training in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ from the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award from the “10 Best Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
