ACADEMIC BACKGROUND[edit | edit source]

I am a Research Assistant- Grower at Western University completed my Advance studies in Environmental Technology and Innovation from Durham College with in-depth studies of Environmental Problems and their Technological solutions which further elaborates into different sectors as Agriculture, Waste Management, Land Planning, Water Analysis, Sustainable Energy, Climate Change and Crop Identification and Classification.

I have completed my Bachelor's Degree extensively studying Botany, Zoology and Chemistry. My studies were focused on microscopic studies of different plants, vertebrates and invertebrates by dissecting them and learning their Anatomy and Physiology. Moreover, I learned the principals of Non-Clinical Analysis and performed analytical methods by practicing GLP and HPLC techniques.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND[edit | edit source]

It's been more than a year I was working as as Lab Technologist at Environmental and Agriculture Laboratory in London, Ontario. Responsible for physical and chemical testing of the samples, preparation and tabulation of data, data compilation and maintenance of records.

I gained my experience as a Environmental Technologist by learning and making documentation on Environmental Consulting · Sample Management · Environmental Compliance · Environmental Permitting · Environmental Law · Environmental Monitoring.

I also worked as a supervisor in a Hydroponic Farm where I grew and sell lettuce, Chard, Microgreens and Kale in a controlled environment. Alongside I performed experiments on wheat and strawberry which were quiet challenging as compared to the leafy greens. Every crop needs specific controlled and stable conditions for growth. Moreover, nutrient level is another essential thing for plants because sometimes its pretty hard to identify what plants actually need when they are in their growing stage.

PROJECTS[edit | edit source]

Waste Management and Risk Assessment[edit | edit source]

The baseline of the project was collection, auditing and developing the sustainable and eco-friendly methods. Evaluating the waste as well as performing the data to manage and improve the impact of untreated, hazardous waste. Project data was essentially important to develop the best estimates to determine the exposed risk potentials and range of risk to the population which further aid into identifying the waste management alternatives.
