- Fix copyright violations
- Explain "After doping is complete the silicon photodiodes for both technologies are insensitive to photon wavelength. "
- Fix [refs] in section 1.1 down - use named refs as you did at the start
- You said there is no current recycling then you talked about it -- add more details so you can determine how it is recycled now.
- Explain where assumptions come from
- Compare the value you obtained with the Si manufacturing values - do they make sense?
- Cut out repetitive sentences -- and those at the end section that disagree with the what is stated at front.
- Section six really needs tightened up.
Overall good start.
