I feel like a broken record at this point, but this would arguably be cheaper to produce in some parts of the world, if made of wood, with only a few non-electric metal tools (nails, hammer, drill, saw, wood plane, chisel). A 3D printing station costs a lot, uses a lot of power, and requires the right filament for the tools to be usable. This is cost-prohibitive, especially for the people who would make the most use out of those products.
