Vélib (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vélib' ) could perhaps also be modified to put the power back to the mains electricity grid

It's hard work for one person to produce 50W of electric power, not something that can be kept up for long. I'm doubtful that this is an effective way of producing energy. --Chriswaterguy 05:21, 23 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
