The opening plastic hinge is attached with screws and staples to the OSB on one side and the underside of a 10x20mm stick on the other. Then holes are drilled in the stick every 30cm which go through the mating OSB. Through these holes, machine screws are dropped during assembly. 33 screws for the whole building. 1-2 hours to assemble, 20 minutes to disassemble.
