Pyrolytic boron nitride ceramic is prepared by CVD process (chemical vapor deposition), with all the boron nitride crystals grow parallel to the surface of which the vapor is deposited on. With such a high purity level, PBN discs are ideal products for semiconductor industries & vacuum system.
