This diagram image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Hilbert ICT4D cube.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

There are numerous benefits of ICT4D and one of them is E-Government. E-Government is very beneficial because it is more convenient and more efficient to transact to any government unit as compared to the old traditional way of waiting for hours just to apply for an I.D. or maybe check for your loan application status. In the Philippines way back 1990's up to the early 2000's you will have separate I.D.'s for SSS (Social Security System), GSIS (Government Service Insurance System), Pagibig and Philhealth. So, the risk of losing one will merit you to endure the very long process of getting an I.D. from these government units, but during the time of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo the government released an "all-in-one" I.D. they called UMID or Unified Multi-Purpose ID that aims to make the transactions paperless and time-efficient. Aside from this it is a continuous privilege to use the internet for checking and even printing some government forms for easier access that you do not even have to visit the government unit personally because everything can be printed and can be accessed online. Education nowadays is also getting paperless, with the use of ICT4D more and more educational institution opted to use gadgets for their students to gain a better grasp or understanding about their lessons in the most effective, convenient and interactive way. The educational sector in many countries are getting the benefits of ICT4D because of its advantage, learning becomes boarder less. It is advantageous especially for the young ones to develop this learning and exposure to ICT4D because the more they expose themselves the more they become competent in the future.
