In Utrecht Netherlands, the re-use of polystirene waste was suggested to form the floating part of a city. User:Olivier C
- Brilliant idea.
- If the polystyrene is upcycled into some kind of floating material, that would be ideal, where the polystyrene is locked away inside and won't break down and pollute the water. I'm guessing the Dutch plan is something like that. --Chriswaterguy 00:08, 8 April 2012 (PDT)
Pictures of the barge?
Pictures of the actual barge would be great, as well as the specific technologies and the computer-generated image. --Chriswaterguy 00:08, 8 April 2012 (PDT)
