Would "Lighting" be a more natural category name? There's likely to be a very small number of articles on non-electric lights, such as the Safe bottle lamp^W - and creating an extra layer of category (Lighting and Electric lighting) seems a little unnecessary. I think that [[Category:Lighting]] is definitely a better approach. Then, if the category becomes to full, we can further subcategorize with types of lighting. Let me know if you would rather I do this. Otherwise make sure to change the categorization of those pages previously categorized under Electric lighting.

Come to think of it, there's skylights,^W other forms of daylightingDaylighting^W and probably other topics as well... so the extra layer might make sense. That also means less moving just now... --Chriswaterguy · talk 04:42, 18 October 2007 (PDT)
