- As beings on this earth we all share the environment with other living things. It is our responsibility to protect and nourish the earth we live on. I am devoted to staying true to this belief and spreading it as far as I can.

- I have done research on the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, studied oceanography and environmental management and protection while I have been in college.
- I am currently working on a team to develop a project that promotes social entrepreneurship and addresses various environmental issues centered around waste management.
