[edit] Usage

Place this template at the top of archive pages, as with Talk:Main Page/Archive. As a general rule, do not archive material until a question has been resolved and discussion has died down. If a question has not been answered, it may be appropriate to leave it there indefinitely.

E.g. {{archive header|Talk:Arcata Marsh}}

Archives should generally be semi-protected, so anons (who may not understand wikis) don't add comments.

Using this template adds the page to [[Category:Archived pages]].
