Some notes from our meeting[edit source]

  • not all are wood
  • not all take 2 hours
  • no assertions without references
  • change cheaper to less expensive
  • Spell CCAT correctly
  • heat doesn't decline... temperature goes down.
  • stop saying relatively cheap... state a value.
  • use $ for dollar values
  • fix internal links using two brackets
  • make a notes and things to consider section
  • describe what sawdust slip is
  • make sure all images have captions
  • Make sure that the language is clear, easy to read and grammatically correct
  • Make sure to have testing done by Thursday: Inside and outside temperatures over time, amount of wood in, amount of food cooked, amount of ash out... research Kitchen Performance Testing for ideas.
