If you haven't already, you may want to check Peter Singer & Jim Mason's The Way We Eat: Why Our Food Choices Matter. I haven't read this one, but Singer's reasoning to be generally sound, IMO. --Chriswaterguy 22:36, 23 April 2008 (PDT)
