Formaldehyde is a serious health concern that should be taken seriously. I just checked the relative health risk of Boric Acid (the replacement insecticide in cotton insulation). A study put out by Oregon State University says the following: "The U.S. EPA classifies boric acid as low to very low in toxicity for skin irritation" npic.orst.edu/factsheets/boricgen.pdf Adding some research on boric acid could encourage others to investigate the formaldehyde in their walls. I have seen this page come together over the past few weeks and I think it's thorough but still concise. I have a good image of what cotton insulation is and I know where to turn for more information. I do suggest omitting "potentially" under fiberglass disadvantages but the site looks good.
