Technical Specifications and Assembly Instructions

1. Load the files in Openscad
   • Will have to edit these one at a time
2. Change the parameters to what will suit your needs
3. :hinge_scale: changes the size of your door hinge
4. ::(minimum accepted value is 1, creating a door hinge with dimensions 0.236" x 0.4409" or 6mm x 11.2mm)
5. :screw_radius: radius for the screws for your door
6. ::ensure that the screw sizes are smaller than your hinge dimensions
7. :door_pin: the pin radius for your connector (needs to be same for both files!)
8. :door_width: the hinge width (recommended to be same for both files for efficient operations)
9. :Compile and export as STL
10. Open up Cura
11. :In Cura load the STL model
12. :Create as GCode
13. Open Up RepetierHost
14. :Load the GCode, print (est. 1 hour total)

Cost savings

1. 1.05 = (15g + 18g) * (32.00/1000g)
