Throughout the lesson that has been discussed in E-technology, I have learned many things in this subject. I learned that the technologies could affect both positive and negative to our lives. At first, I never thought that technology couldn't benefit people that much but when time pasts, I realized that technologies are the most thing that's helping us humans right now. Most of us are already relying on technologies. Thanks to the people who invented such things that could help people make their jobs easy that it could also help us save some time. I learned abou the definitions and uses of ICT and its meaning which is the Information, Comunications, Technology. I also learned about the timeline of the internet over years and its uses. I am so amazed that those people invented entertainment such as online games and watching online movies that makes most of us people right now. I also learned about the key features, tools and services, and the characteristics of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0. I am the one of the users who is satisfied by some tools and services of Web 2.0 so Im happy to learn about it. About the convergence of the technologies also is what I have learned in this subject. I am happy to learn about it because some of the convergence of technologies let us humans make our jobs and things easier. Aside from these lessons, I have also learnings about the simple buttons and just memorized most of it so it will be easy when it is time to use it. If I have learned many beneficial things that technologies could help us, I also learned some of its disadvantages. In recent years, many people have developed problems with technologies addiction. Some are doing cyberbullyings which are uses of technologies to display behavior that harms another with hurtful messages that can be posted or shared. Some are doing hackings and cheatings. Also, I am afriad if the time actually comes when the future of humanity seems to be heading towards what many movies have foretold, a society where artificial intellegence (AI) and robots take major roles and will take over humanity. So, let's be careful enough and be responsible to use technologies to not harm people.
More lesson that I have learned is how to make a table in excel by practicing on how to compute and solve grades and by getting averages. I am sure that someday in my life it could be useful to me. I also learned about how to make a slide. I am so happy that I now know to make slides for my reports and presentations. I hope that someday in the future it could be useful for me to help me for my reports or presentations.
