Background[edit | edit source]

I am an undergraduate student in Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo (class of 2028).

Interests[edit | edit source]

I am interested in additive manufacturing, robotics, automation in manufacturing, 3D printing, materials, mechanical design, electromechanical design.

Experience[edit | edit source]

Electrical sub team member - Waterloo Aerial Robotics Group (December 2023 - present)

  • Designed PCBs using Altium Designer

Dynamics Member - Midnight Sun Solar Rayce Car Design Team Member (September 2023 - present)

  • Designed jigs using SolidWorks to assemble parts of the car

Marble Slab - Junior Scooper (August 2021 - September 2022)

  • Retail service
  • Customer service
  • Cleaning
  • Handled inventory and organized products

Junior Instructor - Western Engineering Outreach (January 2021 - June 2021)

  • Developed workshop curriculum for summer programs
  • Led lessons and activities for other outreach programs

Projects[edit | edit source]

2x2 Rubik’s Cube Solver

  • Designed a robot which used a rotating base plate to hold and rotate the cube, and an arm which could flip the cube or hold it in place to turn the cube.
  • Used a Depth-First-Search algorithm in a C based language (ROBOTC) to find the optimal solution to a randomly scrambled Rubik’s Cube, then implemented the solution using the previously mentioned robot to solve the cube.

Jig Design - Midnight Sun Solar Rayce Car Team

  • Used SolidWorks to design a jig to aid in welding the lower control arm
  • Used parts and assembly to create a jig which is easy to make and construct
