- I initially enrolled into HSU as a communication major, however, I decided to change my major to journalism because I felt it had a more experiential education plan that I desired. I plan on joining the school's radio, speech and debate team, and improvisational team. In regards to this class, it was one of many courses that were available for me to take in order to complete an upper division requirement. I decided to take this class because it seemed to be an interesting course. Perhaps this class may inspire me to use my future refined communication skills to contribute towards environmental efforts.
