For two years they have monitored the vegetation cover of this reserve. In this way they were able to identify the areas where the soil was exposed. They proposed planting more trees to increase coverage. And now Raindrop executes the ecological restoration of the forest of this place together with members of the community. “We try to make an impact on other people. In the communities we try to generate a positive impact on the environment. We explain what it is for to do a coverage monitoring. We hope this is different in the future. We try to raise awareness so that they see how important it is to plant a tree ”.
Raíces El Salvador is a comprehensive approach promoted by CRS with Water Smart Agriculture (ASA) practices to restore the agricultural landscape.
