It allows a trained medical professional to diagnose issues with the heart and lungs. Stethoscopes come in a range of prices and quality, but all are breakable. This Stethoscope only requires some surgical tubing or similar airtight tubing and 3D printed parts.\n\n== Bill of Materials ==\n\n* BOM\n** 3D printer\n*** Filament\n*** STL and/or OpenScad files\n**** [http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:577507| Thingiverse]\n**** [[Media:Stethoscope ears.scad]]\n**** [[Media:Stethoscope.scad]]\n** Surgical tubing\n\n== Tools needed ==\n\n# [[Delta Build Overview:MOST|MOST Delta RepRap]] or similar RepRap 3-D printer\n# Knife or scissors\n\n== Skills and knowledge needed ==\n\n* No special skills needed to build, To use this device propertly takes some training.\n** [https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=J8E6SrRhBSs| Stethoscope Overview]\n\n== Technical Specifications and Assembly Instructions ==\n\n# There are 7 seperate prints for this device listed below with there print times (depending on your printer and settings)\n## Bell\n### Approximately 2 hours\n## Y tubing joing\n### Approximately 1/2 hour\n## 2 small tubes\n### Approximately 1 hour each\n## Cross piece\n### Approximately 3 hours\n## 2 earpieces\n### Approximately 4 hours each\n# Assembly time depends on how much post-printing corrections you need to do.
