Apologies for the delays, I am working on it. I am onto the third draft but it still needs more work.

The basic structure is

1) We suffer from information overload - it's impossible to manage without becoming more like machines. 2) We don’t know what’s good for us - filters based on interest will make us more and more conformist and stupid 3) We need to build computers to work for us - in our best interests, including exposing us to new things and doing menial digital tasks for us - our digital agents. 4) These agents need to understand our world, our goals, and what is important to us (not just our desires). They need to act pre-emptively, not just on demand. 5) For this to succeed the most important challenge ahead is Trust. But there are technical & social challenges to this.

The future I deserve is having a self-functioning computer I can trust to look out for me and my interests.

I hope to be uploading a full version later this week.
