Unfortunately, uploading images that you randomly find on google doesn't really fit with the above categories.
I know it sounds anal and I know it seems over-the-top, but it is the way it is. If you can't find a reference that gives you a license or indicates it is in the public domain, it probably isn't.
These things happen, but be aware that we do monitor images and will remove things that do not have the proper license.
