I cam accross the Biodiesel Cookbook And Road Map page which I think you posted.
This seems to be by James Miller of Green Oxy Fuels and I would like to add a little about the terms under which he said we could post it here.

Hello Joe,
Yes, I traded emails with him back in 2006 and received permission. All those emails from back them have been archived at work, but I am away from the office until Feb. 22, 2010 - If you need the details, I will try to find them then. I don't know that Green Oxy Fuels existed back in 2006, but the work is definitely his. Add away as needed. Ericblazek 00:51, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
