I am very intriegued by your idea, but I have some questions:
- How do you plan to collect the crutches?
- How how will you distribute them to those who really need them?
- How will you pay for it?
- Have you thought of other medical devices (glasses comes to mind)?
- Is collecting used crutches cheaper than producing them?
