== Molecular Beam Epitaxy ==
Hello Ben,
I'm a student at Queen's University working on a materials processing project using Appropedia.  I had intended to do my project on Molecular Beam Epitaxy, but have noticed that you already have a stub related to that topic started.  You haven't made any further modifications to the page since April, but I want to make sure I'm not hijacking some work you wished to do.  Do you mind if I take over the page for a few months while I work on my project?  --[[User:C.Cochrane|C.Cochrane]] 15:23, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

Lit review

Ben -- good start but you need to be more thorough with the lit review -- keep track of locations searched and search terms and keep a master list. It is also a good idea of keeping the Titles in your list so that it is easier to see what is what. Finally -- I have a copy of the PVSC conferences papers dating back to the beginning in my office you can use to get a good idea of exactly where you are going.--Joshua 14:20, 1 February 2008 (PST)

GaAs

Ben

Make sure you are concentrating on nanotech based GaAs solar cells -- also after the article is written go back through the category tree and make sure you add category tags to place your article in all the correct places. Already in your intro paragraph lots of key words that already exist in appropedia -- make sure to put double square brackets around them.
