Semester Life
In my Grade 11 in Senior High School, I’ve experienced great things; both expected and unexpected. Now that the Semester is over, my first thought about the overall projects is negative. Negative because I don’t have much knowledge to the other things but I’ve overcome it, learning some new experiences that would help me in the better future.
The most interesting discovery that I made while working on these projects is the making of a blog on a website. I have no background when it comes to making blog sites but the subject Empowerment Technology helped me discover all the tools in the blog sites that are used for making blogs. When it comes to the problem, it was the searching of articles that was hard for me because it needed to be compatible with the blog that I am making. And when I somehow procrastinate instead of doing projects which result to cramming.
The most challenging moment I experienced is when my other group mates are not doing their jobs that were assigned to them. The most powerful moment where I researched an article about the problem that gave me information; and when I learned how to operate and make blog sites. While doing these projects, the most important thing I learned personally is not to fully depend on my group mates with their assigned works and must have back-ups to cover up the parts they did not work on. In those times, I realized that I can’t trust some of them with their tasks that they may not work. I came up with a solution to confront them regarding with their tasks, and have back-ups in case they are hard to communicate.
My solution relates to the real world’s situations and problems by not expecting something because it will only lead to disappointment. If I don’t confront them now, who else will? That’s why I prioritized first what’s necessary. My actions now will only help them in the future by realizing they should prioritize the tasks that were given to them.
The communication with my team overall is good but somehow when the others are not online and you needed something from them, was quite difficult dealing with especially when you have no contact numbers from them.
