I have worked for three different customer support IT groups. Two of them were part of schools and one was an independent operation based out of Kirkwood, MO that services local small businesses. My main focus is hardware. I find great joy in putting together something and see it come to fruition. My interest started when I was taking sculpture classes in High School and began using 3D modeling software. From there, I built my own computer and realized that this is what I wanted to do. I was accepted to work in my school's Tech Help center and soon discovered the joy of helping others with their computers. Now that I am in college, I have continued my love for three-dimensional work pursuing a sculpture degree. My technological pursuits include working in the Media Services team on campus as well as a class in computer programming and a class in 3D printing where I built my own printer; a JellyBox2.

One of my hobbies and passions is building personal hardware and the peripherals that go with that hardware. I am part of a community of custom computer keyboard builders and so I use the open source network a lot to share code that is flashed onto keyboards as well as designing keycaps using custom printed forms and molds, shared plans for keyboard cases, and many other resources that are needed for the creation of custom components. While many of these components are then marketed after completion, the software and files are available to whoever would want to find them. I fully support the open source community and look forward to continued work within it.
