I'm currently acting as the senior staff in charge of the implementation of the Business, Engineering & Sustainability initiative at Cornell's [http://www.johnson.cornell.edu/sge/index.html Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise].  
I'm currently acting as the senior staff in charge of program development and management Cornell's [http://www.johnson.cornell.edu/sge/ Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise].  


In this role, I lead the day to day work in organizing the NSF-funded planning workshop for spring 2007 which will drew together leading researchers interested in aligning engineering and management education to improve the creation and commercialization of sustainable technologies. I am also responsible for identifying and promoting an international network of scholars and practitioners interested in this intersection of business, science, technology and sustainability. I'm member of the Youth Action Team Steering Committee for the US Partnership for the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development which provides a platform for youth to connect, share, and collaborate towards sustainable development. From 2005-2006, I was the Director of Operations with the national office of Engineers for a Sustainable World (ESW) where I helped mobilize their national chapter network, managed ESW projects, and led outreach and educational initiatives. As a student at Iowa State University, I earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering, founded the local chapter of Engineers for a Sustainable World and began projects in Uganda, Thailand, Brazil and Mexico to engage engineers in sustainable technology creation. I also provide additional support for the Sustainable Innovation Learning Lab and Base of the Pyramid Learning Lab programs through my research on academics, practitioners, programs and initiatives at university and company level that are focused on sustainability and technology.
