- My name is Josiah Norton.
- I am an engineering student at HSU. I transferred here from Arizona in January 2012, and love it. I chose environmental engineering when I was about 12, and am just now able to seriously pursue that dream. I am excited to be in this program, and look forward to doing what I can to make the world a better place.
Interests in Engineering[edit | edit source]
- Environmental Reclamation/Restoration projects, especially of riparian areas.
- Photo-voltaic systems, and imitating/replicating photosynthesis.
- Being able to show my friends all the awesome stuff I've made (Including the Rube Goldberg project I'm working on now, of course.)

- Constructing various things throughout the years (woodwork, metalwork, masonry, general fiddling, etc.)
- Lincoln Logs, Legos, etc.
Other Interests[edit | edit source]
- I am a musician; I play guitar, and I sing. I also write my own lyrics/songs.
- I love to hike and camp, and be outdoors in general.
- I am a photographer, and use it to share the amazing things I experience with my friends who can't be there with me.
