Short Bio: Liberal Arts nerd turned dot-commie headed south (like the economy!) post-dot-bomb to Venezuela, then joined the Peace Corps in Jamaica doing ICT4Edu and Dev. Returned for grad school at GWU in science and tech policy, now in DC working on nonprofit tech, social media and ICT4D
