  • I am from Marin County and I am a senior environmental science--energy and climate major.
  • I transferred to Humboldt State in 2013 from College of Marin

Interests in Appropriate Technology[edit]

  • The amazing technology/information
  • Building simple tools
  • Methods for less energy use
  • Develop maximum benefit from building with local, cheaper materials
  • Learn how to teach others how to live more appropriately

Experience in Appropriate Technology[edit]

  • Built a bike
  • Built a modeled 100% sustainable house using real blueprints from Marin County in 2010
  • Constructed six longboards using recycled wood, trucks and wheels
  • Helped build a strawbale home layered (coated) with cob
  • Tested and analyzed a PV System at Humboldt State University
