About Me
I'm a professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures at Clarion University. I teach German and, occasionally, French. My research interests have been in the area of literature and film (Comparative Literature, French and German). At this point, however, I'm interested in establishing links between this mostly English-language website and the important research on sustainable development being conducted in German- and French-speaking countries. To this end, I'm collaborating with a professor of Physics and Engineering, Dr. Joshua Pearce, and several students to establish some German-language content on Appropedia. I'm also working on a collaboration between Appropedia and the mostly French-language website, Ekopédia.
