Hanging out in my lederhosen

About Me

Hey there. My name is Andy Geyer and I'm a chemistry major here at HSU. I was born and raised in Munich, Germany, but moved to the Sacramento area in kindergarten. I still go back about every summer to visit family. I'm a supplemental instructor for Chem 109 and I also do research with Chris Harmon. We're working on building a portable Mass Spectrometer and hopefully this beast will be running within the semester. As for my hobbies, I love mountain biking, reading, and hanging out at the beach with friends.

  • Providing ways to clean water in parts of the world that don't have clean water sources.
  • Growing my own organic fruits and vegetables.

Experience in Appropriate Technology
