:50 pounds All-Purpose Flour

Mix dry ingrediants together well. In a seperate container, break eggs and mix well. Add milk to eggs.   Dip the fillets in egg/milk mixture first, then dip in dry ingrediants. Fry in hot vegetable oil. Serve with hush-puppies, cole-slaw, and raw onion pieces. Collect any left-overs and donate to the hungry.

This recipe will feed a large gathering, town or village.

Ingredients

2,500 pounds Tilapia fillets
100 pounds yellow cornmeal
50 pounds all-purpose (plain) flour
2 pounds salt
1 pound cayenne pepper
20 gallons of milk
4 dozen eggs

Making the dish
