About the pervasive nature of '''Television''' and the transitions from '''Consumer''' (of media) to '''Creator''' (of content)through to '''Fully Engaged''' with a communications system less controlled, more engaged/interactive with people,and massively responsive to issues, people, and reach. TV remains (or does it?)the primary mass market communication means for most (unidirectional communication, towards the people)and most developing (formerly known as 3rd world) countries aspire to have mass TV systems. And yet  [this is awfully poor English ;-(( ] governments control and regulate, and advertisers influence. Do we desreve this, and this alone? And so why and a people level how do we engage and sustain, in bringing worldwide capability to people to engage in [TV} and not just consume it. So, more people than tech.
