Usage
Just as {{cat header}} is used on topic categories and {{portal header}} on portals, this navigation template is used on key topic pages. Usually the name will be the same for each page type, but not always.
Image: If you can find a suitable image to display, use it - otherwise leave the image parameter empty.

E.g. on the Rainwater urban design and infrastructure page, we can use:
