We can temporarily convert the "preference language" to Indonesian by adding "&uselang=id" to the URL. For example, https://www.appropedia.org/w/index.php?title=Selamat_datang_di_Appropedia&uselang=id should show the Indonesian page with some of the helper text in Indonesian.
If we are really ambitious, we can change all the links within the indonesian articles so that for at least one hop after leaving, they would maintain the Indonesian helper text.
