Great start -
- Formatting: tie into appropedia with hyperlinks, use existing site resources to explain basic concepts, put your page into the proper category
- Content: cite each concept directly using <ref> commands rather than a bib, quantify your suggestions - consider choosing the most promising one and working in some calculations to prove your point - I would say there are some things you could do with section 3.1 - what does it look like - for those relationships - what kind of energy savings could be expected -- try a worked example.
