It is said that the chispito is copyrighted, but there is no such thing. Text can be copyrighted, not the design. If there isn't a patent on it, everyone can make and even sell it.KVDP 01:59, 19 March 2013 (PDT)
- Sounds like nonsense to me. If the company has patented/copyrighted the design, then others cannot copy and use it to produce their own version. The process is to protect inventors of systems/objects/ideas from unfair competion and copying. Yet again you appear to be moving into an area of which you have no expertise, KVDP.
