Good stuff, but ...
"Bayside Park is a local ... Humboldt State ... Arcata", but without a Google search I have no idea where it is. Somewhere in the US? But latitude matters a lot for solar & the US has a large range.
It does not give a cost or efficiency comparison to an obvious alternative; generate electricity from solar and use that to drive a water heater or heat pump. Pashley (talk) 15:49, 24 April 2014 (PDT)
