September 17: Graduate Student Volunteer Day
We have two potential sites for GSVD:
We would be volunteering the Boston Food Project in Dorchester. We would work with local youth and other volunteers to weed the farm and perform miscellaneous tasks while learning about the ideas behind and challenges facing city-based sustainable agriculture.
We would be volunteering at the AltWheels festival, which showcases futuristic innovations in sustainable transportation.
