The Public Interest Environmental Law Conference describes it's self as the "premier annual gathering for environmentalists worldwide, and is distinguished as the oldest and largest of its kind." The first Conference took place in 1981. This year the Conference will unite more than 3,000 concerned citizens from over 50 countries who will meet in Eugene, Oregon where one of the more prominate speakers will be Robert F. Kennedy Jr..[1]
